I can't believe you posted a picture of that boat. I grew up in Sunrise just a few blocks away from where that thing is docked. Too cool man.
Here's a bit of history on it. It's the fuselage of an old Boeing Model 307 airliner. The aircraft just happens to have been owned and flown by the late great Mr. Howard Hughes. Pretty amazing. Supposedly it still has many of the original furnishings inside.
