Jakelord, first to play the sbg files, if you read the bottom of the post, I tell you to use SBaGen. The link to the site is: SBaGen -- Binaural Beat Brain Wave Experimenter's Lab For the delta, it will not put you to sleep, but rather set your brain to delta, which may cause twitching (don't be alarmed, your body does this when it enters delta--usually when you sleep though). I only fell asleep because I was super tired and wanted to see what my sleep was like if I had entered REM.

As to jackmac452, I will put them all into one single rar file, but would you like me only to include .drg's and .sbg's, or whould you like me to add mp3's also (meaning isochronic tones, which I have just gotten a large amount that I will post later tonight =P)?

Btw if you have any requests please post cause I have been searching and searching for the same things is a bit boring, so any new monochrome, binaural beats, or isochronic tone idea's would be great. Cheers.

Well this is the mega post here. In this I will include an unofficial dose, some more isochronic tones, Hemi-Sync, and all of the i-doser doses AIO pack. Well let's start this off shall we?

As for a dose that will put you to sleep, Sleeping Angel is very effective, as well as, Elf's Dream from the beatpage.rar. I have used Sleeping Angel many times and have fallen asleep rapidly after start, in addition to a few friends who have tried it and said it has worked wonders for them. I hope this helps.

Also, I have the Holosync series from The CenterPointre Research Institute, but it comes to a whopping 1.36GB. Do you guys want me to upload this? If so, do you want me to upload each CD individually or all of them together?
