there is no best.
people and review sites usually use a combination of tests, as each has their own strenghts. for the graphics area, its nothing but the 3dmark series, namely 03, 05 and 06. aquamark used to be a good one, but its too low-tech for nething good these days for cpu, ram, etc, people usually use a combo of sisoft sandra and everest. for storage drives, people use hdtach and iometer

I don't think there is one which does it overall. What are you trying to work out from this test? Super-Pi is a good one for processor.
