sorry havnt had much time to post more but i will once i have the time...my dad was an executive steward cheif for allot of hotels here in hawaii so as soon as i find his brown book there will be some ono"good" recipes.....

honuala, What island are you on? My wife and I just returned from Oahu a cpl weeks ago. We loved it so much, we want to come back next year! The people are so friendly and if you ask them questions they seem so excited to tell you about their culture.
