Searching and Posting

We now have a working search on WF but I would like to point out some things about it.

You can only search for words bigger than 3 characters so "XP" is not more than 3 characters and is not searched for, but "PS2" is 3 characters and can be searched. Keep this in mind when posting and searching to better help each other.

Secondly, you can not search for anything that has a quote or apostrophe (" ') or any other special characters. I would recommend posting everything with out special characters and just stick to letters and numbers in the title. If you are searching try taking the special characters out and just use the whole word.
(ex. instead of Hiren's BootCD try Hirens BootCD)

Lastly, when posting I suggest putting the share name (ex. Hirens BootCD) and then the version (ex. Hirens BootCD 8) into the title. You may even include the group that provided it if necessary or available (ex. TrSH) Do not put extra info into the title. When searching it may be quicker to search by title and that way you wont need to search the whole post for the words. (ex. Hirens will return a list of all threads that have Hirens in the Title only.)
