Members,

Mike and I have had long discussions on where we feel WF should be, and how it should serve our members. To be brutally frank we think we are currently short of that mark.

We are working hard to address this, but first we need to start with our Staff, to canvass opinion and make changes as we see fit. This is a process started already, but will not be seen by other members.

This message is sent without slight or criticism against anybody here, except for Mike and myself who take full responsibility.

Changes to Come
We feel that we need to consult and bring our Staff on-board, there has been a lack of consistency from Staff which will be addressed.

Freshening Staff
We may be making a few promotions in the near future, to bring more energy into the Staff Room at WF.

If you have an idea for WF to bring something new to the table, let Mikoj or myself know, we may promote you to drive the change if you sell the idea to us.

Do you think we have overlooked someone here who is a natural mod? think you should be a staff member? PM us with reasons and we will consider every one.

I already have some ideas, including an improved Elite Section and using a well respected member here to help drive improved filling / 0day services

Your ideas do not have to be on these lines, just convince us that your idea will benefit WF and its members, that's all we want to achieve.

Elite Membership
This was previously an honour, now is a reward for posting counts and will return to it's original format.
If you feel you deserve Elite Status, and feel you can bring something to this section let us know.

0day Fillers
If you can source 0day material, and are able to upload to FTP or other means on a regular basis, let us know and we will consider an automatic upgrade to Elite.

FTP Hosters
If you can host a dedicated FTP server of reasonable speeds, and capacity - let us know and we will consider an automatic upgrade to Elite.

Technical Knowledge
A linux guru ? able to help members with issues online ? let me know, I am looking for someone to populate the Help section with tutorials and help members with issues.

In short, we are looking to deliver what members really want, we can't promise we will get there, because this forum is for you and largely is run by you, we as staff are merely integrators - your input is key. Our promise is that we will never stop trying.

Rules
We are looking to clarify and simplify the rules, if you have questions or wish to propose changes to the rules please PM Septic.

In short, you all will help us deliver the forum you want, because it is for you.

This is something driven by Mikoj and myself, so either post here or PM Mikoj or me with thoughts / comments / ideas or anything else you care to bring up.

If you post under this message, please remember that i do have Zero tolerance regarding any member being named personally with criticism.

This is not about individuals, it is about something bigger than that; your assistance will help drive WF to a new era - without your assistance will will never move on.
