Yeh I've known they were dumb for years,, back when I was with them i spent over an hour explaining things to their TECH SUPPORT! they were trying to pressure me into changing my package and they had no idea about anything i brought up... great company if you don't mind them not knowing anything about their line of work, and will fill your ears with lies...
