This is quite annoying. I'm using the RS Elite account so I don't have to wait to download files and now RS speeds are garbage. Before they would range anywhere from 100kbps to almost 800kbps and now it's a miracle to see it hit above 70kbps. What's the deal here? I'm thinking of e-mailing them but fat chance they respond.

That is weird cause as a free user I get about 70 but as a paid user i get my top speed anywhere in the 300-350 range

Are you sure it's not your connection speed? Or whatever prog your using to DL things? I get like 1.5 MBps(Mega Bytes per second) from RS, with premium. And thats the upper limit of my connection.
