OK fellas where to begin, Sunday i called my wifes best friend to ask her if she would watch my kid so i could surprise the wife and take her out. The girl didn't answer so yesterday i called her back and asked what i needed to and that was that. My wife calls after that and asks what i'm up to and i was at work so i told her and we chatted for alittle and then the friend came into the conversation becuase she hadn't come to work and so on. So i mention that i had talked to her and stuff and that was that. So this morning my wife gets up to go to work and i'm off cuz i'm a veteran and it's veterans day. She wakes me up outta my sleep to ask me and i quote "why the (FOUR LETTER WORD) where you talking to that girl and who called who. So me still being pretty much alseep says what are you talking about, so she keeps on and at this point is becoming a *****, I was trying to keep the surprise going but she pissed me off and to get her to shutup i told her about the surprise she stops talking and just walks out. I just talked to her on the phone and she's pissed at me yes that's right pissed at me. she says she mad at me for making her get mad at her friend for think that she called me. I mean she complains that i never do enough surprise stuff and when i do i get me head all but torn off.. And yet again i remind you all i was trying to do was surprise her and take her out this weekend but i guess i'm the jerk...I mean please if you are a women and read this please tell what it is that i did wrong it's not like i called her friend to flirt her try to mount her lol. Well i guess i re-learned a good lesson that most women are bat sh** crazy....

PS if your thinking about doing something nice for your girl think twice being nice will just get you in trouble... lol here's to crazy women

I feel for ya mate. I can't see what you did wrong, so yes I think it will take a woman to explain to you what you did wrong. As you know their minds are on a completely different path to ours most of the time.

Your lady wouldn't happen to be in the menopausal age bracket would she? Coz I tell ya it's been hell around my house of late for this reason. The devil has taken over well and truly with my girl, due to this bloody menopause and I tell ya that it's not a pretty sight.

But apparently I'm the cause of her devil behaviour. She tells me the other day that sometimes when she looks at me she wants to stab me with a knife. I was shocked with this and asked her why she felt like that. She said that I had done nothing wrong and she loves me with all her heart, but still wants to stab me with a knife.

Try and understand that one

DK, from what you've said you are not in the wrong. Don't let her, even for a second, make you think you were. She has said that she's still mad at you to keep the focus off her been mad at herself/you been mad at her, for been suspicious, for spoiling the plans you made. Unfortunately have no idea what you could do about the situation without starting a whole knew set of arguements such as her questioning your loyality and not trusting you etc.
In all fairness though, never tell them you were speaking to a woman friend of theirs and then give no valid reason because then they start to dig and arguements start abrewing.

LOL!! I actually slept in the spare room a couple of times last week. The temperature during the night was 8 degrees Celsius, but apparently to the little lady it was stinking hot so if I wanted to stay in the same bed I had to sleep with no blankets and the fan on lol

I got my ear full of garbage the other day because I gave the kids Cookie Crisp instead of Fruit Loops for breakfast.

lol here's an update tonight she is still acting like i did something wrong so i'm just gonna go with it and be a smartass lol trust me it couldn't get worse, she making a statement that would make most men reconsider wife beating lol would never hit her but it's just to the point now where all i can do is laugh.... so here's to shots of tequlia and locking doors and having the airconditioner on lol.
