If anyone else needs to increase/decrease the time of subtitles in SRT format, all you need is VOBSUB.
This is included with Media Player Classic or 'Google' it and you'll find it. 1. Watch the movie with the subs and see where the subs begin and make a record of it. 2. Left click on the *.SRT file and right click and choose 'EDIT with SubResync' 3. Locate and find your *.SRT file and then OPEN 4. Click ONCE in the right hand dialog box under the first time entry and then add the correct time for the subs. 5. Then click 'SAVE AS' and it will now automatically adjust all the timings for the entries. That's it!!
