The Following Step-by-Step Directions Is the Way that I Copy
DVD's & how I Convert Downloaded Movies to Burn them to DVD's


To Copy A Store Bought DVD

1 - Start AnyDVD
2 - Place Store-Bought DVD into DVD Burner
3 - Start DVD Xcopy Platinum
4 - Click on SETTINGS
5 - Select DVD Burner (make sure Lite-On is Highlighted)
6 - Click on SAVE AS DEFAULT
7 - Click on ADVANCED
8 - on bottom click on 3rd button from left (will put check marks in ALL boxes)
9 - Click NEXT

if your copying a regular DVD it will start reading it now
if your copying a Dual-Layer DVD Continue to step 10

10 - Click NEXT (until it does start reading DVD)
11 - It will beep and open Drive When Done Reading (approx. 8 - 15 minutes)
12 - Insert Blank DVD in SAME DVD Burner / Drive
13 - Click START (it will become clickable as soon as drive spins down)
14 - It will beep and open Drive When Done Writing (approx. 10 minutes)
15 - put DVD (that you just burned) in DVD Player to test


To Convert & Burn A Downloaded AVI (movie)

1 - 1st play the movie on your computer to make sure that it's the whole movie & that the sound is in sync
2 - Put Blank DVD-R disc in DVD Burner
3 - Create A new Folder on your Desktop named " Movie "
4 - Start Nero Vision
5 - Choose Make-DVD... DVD-Video
6 - Add Video Files... (Add AVI you just downloaded)
7 - Click NEXT
8 - (top right corner) in drop-down box choose: Do not create a menu
9 - Click NEXT
10 - Click NEXT
11 - Click " Write to Hard Disc Folder " and choose new folder created in step 2
12 - Click WRITE
13 - Wait Approx. 1 1/2 - 3 Hrs for movie to be converted to DVD Format.
(depending on size of movie & computer speed / memory)
14 - Click BURN THIS PROJECT AGAIN
15 - Click " Burn to DVD " and choose your DVD Burner
16 - Click BURN
17 - Wait Approx. 10 Minutes for movie to be Burned to DVD.
18 - put DVD (that you just burned) in DVD Player to test
