Dual Booting with Vista & XP

Dual Boot Vista and XP with Vista already installed
This tutorial assumes that Vista has been installed on a partition which takes up 100% of the hard drive:
How to dual boot Vista and XP (with Vista installed first) -- the step-by-step guide
or
Dual Boot Vista and XP with Vista already installed - SysChat

How to Dual Boot Windows XP and Vista (XP already installed)
How to Dual Boot Windows XP and Vista - SysChat

Then again... there are many tutorials out there if you google it. The the thing to remember is that MBR are going to need help to show both installations. It was easier back in the day when XP came out & we wanted to dual boot XP with 98 or 2K because they worked off the same MBR and didn't require the last steps.
So if you dual installed & thought it failed...
It didn't, you simply need to take one more step to fix the boot loader!
